The short version

We collect your email address if you give it to us, and your order and show details if you buy something.
We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies on this site.
We never sell or rent your information, and we never will.
You can get off our email list from any email we send, or by replying to one.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Amplified Goods LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company based in La Crosse, Wisconsin, doing business as Live & Loud Relics and Loud Relics ("we," "us," "our"). This policy covers liveandloudrelics.com and our official social media pages.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

Email address — when you join the launch list. That is the only field on the form.
Order information — when you place an order: your name, shipping address, and the details of the show you want commemorated (artist, venue, date, and section, row, or seat). Orders currently run through Etsy, which collects this and handles payment. We never see or store your full payment card number.
Messages — anything you send us by email, or through a message or comment on our social media pages.

Information collected automatically

Standard server logs. This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which records routine request data — IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and timestamps. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. We disclose this because it is true of nearly every site and almost never mentioned.

What we deliberately do not do

We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics package. We do not run the Meta (Facebook) pixel or any other advertising tracker. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and say so plainly before it takes effect.

3. How we use it

To build and ship the thing you ordered.
To send you launch news and product updates — only if you asked for them.
To answer your questions and handle support, returns, or problems with an order.
To keep the site working, prevent abuse, and comply with the law and our tax and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers we need to actually operate, and only the information each one needs to do its job. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any purpose.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If the business is ever sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that deal; you would be notified before your information became subject to a different policy.

5. Your choices

Email. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link. It works immediately. You can also just reply and ask, and we will take you off.
Access, correction, deletion. Email us and ask. We will confirm who you are and then do it. There is no form and no fee.
Order records. We may need to keep basic transaction records after a deletion request to satisfy tax and accounting requirements.

California residents

Under California law you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction of it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. 6. How long we keep it

Launch list emails — until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Order records — as long as tax and business recordkeeping requires, typically seven years.
Server logs — a short rolling window set by our hosting provider.

7. Security

The site is served entirely over HTTPS, and the vendors above are established providers with their own security programs. We keep the number of people and systems that touch your information small on purpose. That said, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we are not going to claim otherwise.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

9. Where we operate

We are based in the United States and currently sell to United States customers. Information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you are visiting from elsewhere, be aware that U.S. privacy law may differ from the law where you live.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold — for example, if we ever add analytics or advertising trackers — we will say so clearly rather than quietly revising the text.
